If you are looking for a house where you can fully unwind and enjoy your rest, where you can get away from the noise of the city and feel like a part of nature, then this is the perfect house for you.
Can Picarola holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, just 300 meters from the natural park Cala Mondragó. You can reach the sea in just a few steps and enjoy a relaxing beach day. Thanks to the fantastic location, you can enjoy the untouched nature of Mallorca. Some other beaches with crystal clear water nearby are Cala Santayí and Cala Llombards. In the evening you can visit the village of Santanyí or have a delicious dinner in the small fishing village of Cala Figuera.
The chalet has a terrace, with nice views. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the separate fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious dinner with local vegetables and enjoy it with your friends or family. Enjoy the lovely Mallorquin summer nights on your private terrace with BBQ.
For pure relaxation, there is a nicely laid out garden and some sun loungers in the garden. Take a fresh shower in the outdoors to stay cool during hot summer days.
There are also Air Conditioning and suitable for the winter too.
It is suitable for both couples and family vacations.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
