The main house features a welcoming entrance area and a spacious, open-plan living room equipped with a cozy couch and a television – perfect for relaxed evenings. The adjacent kitchen is a dream for any amateur chef: large, bright, and fitted with a modern kitchen island, it invites guests to cook and enjoy meals together. The dining table offers plenty of space for social meals. In the rear part of the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower, providing additional comfort and privacy.
The upper floor houses the master bedroom, complete with a cozy living area, a double bed, and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. A spacious terrace with sun loungers offers an exclusive retreat for relaxation.
The adjacent guest house offers an additional living area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower – perfect for guests who appreciate their privacy.
Outside, a spacious, carefully landscaped garden with a terrace awaits you. The inviting pool area is the centerpiece of the garden, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, a lounge, and a dining table for al fresco meals. This area is perfect for sunny days or balmy evenings in an idyllic atmosphere.
Please note: A friendly cat lives on the property and likes to visit our guests. This is important information for allergy sufferers, as our house may not be suitable for people with pet hair allergies.
What is in the house?
Bed linen, towels, and optional pool towels for an additional fee are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency, which covers damage up to €5,000 to the vacation home. According to official regulations, every guest staying in a vacation home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, in these cases you will receive the information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit. All details can be found in the booking confirmation you will receive by email.
