        Casa Azul is a cozy and functionally furnished holiday home in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the picturesque Cala Llombards. With four bedrooms and space for up to eight people, the house offers ideal accommodation for families or a group of friends who want to spend relaxed days in the southeast of Mallorca. The house has a practical room layout on two floors. On the ground floor are the living room with an open dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has its own bathroom. On the upper floor is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The furnishings are kept simple and functional, so the focus is on coziness and comfort.
The outdoor area invites relaxation with a private pool and a furnished terrace. A barbecue area offers the opportunity to enjoy mild summer evenings with a shared meal outdoors. The garden is surrounded by typical Mallorcan vegetation and provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind. The property is completely fenced and has three parking spaces for vehicles.
The location of the house is ideal for those who appreciate beach proximity and a quiet environment. Cala Llombards can be reached in a few minutes and invites swimming and sunbathing with its fine sand and turquoise water. The town of Santanyí with its supermarkets, restaurants, and popular weekly market is just a few kilometers away. The house is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxed break in a beautiful environment without having to do without proximity to beaches, nature, and small charming places.

Then this house built in an interesting style is exactly the right thing for you. This stylish villa is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí and only 80 m from the beach. It is characterised by its beautiful and exceptional round construction, which extends over three levels.
Important note:
Please note that the air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. Due to the special construction and open stair railings, we urgently recommend refraining from using the holiday home with children under 8 years old. Children aged 8 and above are warmly welcome. Additionally, the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 persons (including children).
The villa is divided into three floors: On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bright and open living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen and direct access to the terrace with a dream view of the sea. The terrace is the ideal place for a cosy shared breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner with a view of the sea. If you are very quiet, you might hear the sound of the sea. On the 2nd floor is the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. From here, you have a panoramic view of the entire bay of Cala Santanyí and wake up to a deep blue horizon every morning.
All 3 bedrooms are similarly designed and equipped with a queen-size bed. One of the beds can also be converted into two single beds. In addition, the villa has an air conditioning system for warm/cold and a heating system, making the villa suitable for the cooler days of the year.
The villa has a swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols. Directly adjacent to the pool is the barbecue area with a large table for cosy evenings that you would like to spend with your family on holiday. The villa is ideal for couples and families. You will find parking spaces in front of the house on the street.
The beach of Cala Santanyi is only 80m on foot from the villa. You can reach everything important for your holiday in just a few steps on foot. Several recommendable restaurants are located on the beach, two small supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity for quick shopping. For a larger purchase, it is recommended to drive to the next town of Santanyí. Discover the diversity of southeast Mallorca with dream harbour beaches and bays nearby, weekly markets, boat trips, diving, stand up paddle, mountain biking, private chef and much more.                 This charming holiday home is located in a quiet outskirts location, just 350m from Cala S'amarador beach. You can already walk to the picturesque bay in the morning and perhaps go for an undisturbed swim and enjoy the special atmosphere. A small path leads along the water to another dreamlike bay, Cala Mondragó.
In the immediate vicinity is the charming village of Santanyí, known for its stone-clad houses and diverse offerings of restaurants, bars, and shopping. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, a colourful weekly market takes place, offering everything from local fruits and vegetables to handmade souvenirs. Furthermore, within a 5-15 minute drive, you can reach the most beautiful and idyllic bays and beaches of the southeast coast, such as the famous Es Trenc, where you can walk for kilometres along the turquoise blue sea or experience a stunning sunset.
The southeast region of Mallorca is known for very gentle and family-friendly tourism with many bathing bays along the east coast and dreamlike natural sandy beaches in the south. The untouched nature with the traditional charm of the southeast makes the holidaymaker's heart beat faster.

In spring 2022, the holiday home was renovated and completely refurnished. It has three bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate dressing room. Another bathroom is equipped with a shower. The open living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sofa with a fireplace and TV.
From the living area, you can access the spacious terrace with a dining area on one side and a cosy, stylish seating area on the other side. Enjoy the fresh air in the evening with a glass of wine and candlelight or read a good book in the soothing shade in the afternoon. The private pool invites you to cool off, and on the sun terrace, you can relax on the loungers and enjoy the wonderful weather.
