The ground floor house has a living area of approx. 67 sqm and is suitable for 4-5 people. It has a well-maintained outdoor area with palm trees and a spacious terrace with seating and sun loungers. The house is well-equipped and offers everything needed for a stay. Upon entering the house, you reach the living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven and necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table provides space for 4 people. The living room has a couch, a fireplace and a television as well as direct access to the terrace. A staircase in the living room leads to an additional sleeping option. The house offers two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. The outdoor area includes a terrace with seating and a dining table as well as a garden. The house has solar systems for environmentally friendly electricity generation. The rental prices include the costs for electricity and water, except in winter when electric radiators are used. The tenant is responsible for partial cleaning every 14 days. The cleaning costs are calculated on an hourly basis.
