Tenants must sign a fixed-term lease agreement with the owner. This property is only rented seasonally for professional purposes (not for tourist purposes) and requires a minimum stay of 32 nights. The lease agreement is subject to the provisions of the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (Urban Leases Act).
