Several restaurants and cafés are directly on the beach, ideal for a relaxed lunch or a "Café con Leche" in the afternoon. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the most beautiful bays in the region – including Cala Llombards, Cala Sa Nau, Cala S'Almunia and the famous natural scenery of Es Trenc with its Caribbean blue water. The small town of Santanyí, just 4 km away, invites you to stroll with its boutiques, cafés and popular weekly market, and also offers larger supermarkets, pharmacies and cash machines.
The Beach House Sa Barca offers space for up to 5 people and is ideal for families or small groups. It has three lovingly furnished bedrooms: a main bedroom with a cosy double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and an additional room with a single bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower; in the outdoor area, there is also a practical outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the beach. The living areas are air-conditioned.
The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space for shared time. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and create an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation uncomplicated, while the living area with sofa and dining table invites relaxed evenings. From here, you can directly access the terrace with a view of the bay – an ideal place for outdoor meals or a sundowner. The roof terrace with sun loungers offers additional space for relaxation and provides an unobstructed view of the impressive coastal landscape. Parking is available on the street in front of the holiday home.
Equipment:
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests supplement required consumables during their stay themselves. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Tourist tax:
According to local regulations, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid. If booking platforms do not automatically calculate this, you will receive the information separately.
