An indoor bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor bathroom provide extra comfort, especially on warm summer days.
The numerous outdoor areas make this holiday home particularly attractive. The terrace with seating for two people is ideal for a quiet breakfast, while the garden offers a cosy lounge corner and a small play area for children. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy an impressive sea view and the peaceful surroundings of Cala Santanyí – perfect for sunsets and relaxed evenings under the open sky.
The location of the house is a great plus point: Within 200 metres, you will reach a small supermarket with fresh baked goods, and along the beach you will find several restaurants for lunch with a view or a café con leche in the afternoon. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including Cala Llombards, Cala Sa Nau and the famous Es Trenc with its Caribbean blue water. The nearby town of Santanyí (4 km) invites you to stroll with its charming lanes, boutiques and the popular weekly market. You will also find larger supermarkets, pharmacies and cash machines there.
