Just twelve minutes by car is the popular natural beach of Es Trenc with white sand and turquoise water. The beaches of Es Dolç and Es Carbó near Colònia de Sant Jordi are also easily accessible. The charming place of Ses Salines fascinates with its local gastronomy, small shops and authentic atmosphere.
The villa has four bedrooms with double beds sized 180x200 cm, five bathrooms, a spacious living area with fireplace, an open kitchen, a dining room and several rest areas. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fans and underfloor heating. A suite on the ground floor has its own bathroom with bathtub and dressing room, the second suite on the upper floor offers views of the garden, mountains and swimming pool.
Outside, a private pool with sun loungers awaits, along with a large terrace with a barbecue area, a separate dining area, an outdoor shower, and an additional bathroom next to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with basic small equipment, which includes spices, oil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, and 1-2 garbage bags. Please note that this is initial equipment: in case of consumption, we ask you to purchase your own within the framework of self-supply. In the bathrooms, you will find hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper upon arrival. If you need anything else during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us, we are at your disposal at all times.

According to the official provisions of the Government of the Balearic Islands (GOIB), each guest is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Since some booking portals do not automatically collect this fee, in such cases you will receive the payment information directly from your landlord. Upon entering the house, you arrive directly in the living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table offers space for 8 people, with an additional dining area available outside on the covered terrace. The living room features a sofa, a fireplace, a television, and access to the terrace. A staircase in the living room leads to an additional sleeping accommodation for guests. The house has four separate bedrooms, three with double beds (one of which is en suite) and one with two single beds, as well as three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is also an outdoor bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a terrace with seating and a dining table, a garden with plenty of space for outdoor activities, and a private pool.
