Upon entering the house, you will find the living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table seats 8 people, and an additional dining area is available outside on the covered terrace. The living room features a couch, a fireplace, a TV, and access to the terrace. A staircase in the living room leads to an additional sleeping area for guests. The house has four separate bedrooms, three with double beds (one en suite) and one with two single beds, as well as three bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also an outdoor bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a terrace with seating and a dining table, a garden with plenty of space for outdoor activities, and a private pool.

For our guests, bed linen, towels, and pool towels are available. The kitchen is equipped with basic small equipment, which includes spices, oil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, and 1-2 garbage bags. Please note that this is initial equipment: in case of consumption, we ask you to purchase your own within the framework of self-supply. In the bathrooms, you will find hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper upon arrival. If you need anything else during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us, we are at your disposal at all times.
Important:
According to the official provisions of the Government of the Balearic Islands (GOIB), each guest is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Since some booking portals do not automatically collect this fee, in such cases you will receive the payment information directly from your landlord.
