The finca is exclusively available for monthly rental. The minimum rental period is 32 days and a maximum of one year. Adults only, children from 14 years of age.
The house is perfectly suited for working from home: Very powerful internet (Starlink), multiple workstations, printer, additional screen.
The estate extends over the stylishly and very high-quality main house and a charming guest house by the large pool. The entire property is equipped with integrated gentle hotel air conditioning and a modern alarm system.
In the main house, you will find two bedrooms in the basement, each with its own fully equipped bathroom and a dressing room. The bedrooms are fitted with comfortable box spring beds that guarantee a restful sleep. The living area is open-plan and offers a view of the garden and pool through large windows. This room seamlessly transitions into an open dining area that impresses with its brightness and spaciousness. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything the heart desires. In the separate pantry, there is an additional large freezer/fridge combination (drinks!!), a water dispenser (gallons included), and a microwave. Additionally, there is a guest toilet and a billiard table on the ground floor for cosy evening hours.
The upper floor of the main house houses the master bedroom, which has a large walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Next to the bedroom is a separate living room or TV room with an extra-large screen and a comfortable sofa. From there, you can access a beautiful terrace with a sea view. In the morning, it is the ideal place to drink coffee or to grill and relax in the evening.
The separate guest house by the pool offers an additional bedroom with bathroom and shower. This additional accommodation is perfect for guests or family members who desire more privacy, as the guest house also has its own protected veranda.
The garden area is well-equipped, where one will not get bored. A large terrace with a dining table and comfortable lounge. Spacious saltwater pool with a "gin and tonic" step. Outdoor shower, sun loungers and a swinging lounger. In addition, the outdoor area has a pétanque lane, a fire ring and a charcoal grill with a pizza stone. On the property, there is also a small private woodland with hammocks, the perfect cosy spot for those seeking peace. Four yoga mats, four tennis rackets, a Water-Rower rowing machine. Board games. And for excursions in the surrounding area, six bicycles are available.

What is located in the apartment?
For guests, bed linen and towels are provided. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 trash bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a vacation home in Mallorca is obligated to pay the local tourist tax. Since some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency collects a refundable deposit.
