Can Carmel is a stylish estate on Mallorca that combines modern comfort with Mediterranean charm - ideal for temporary rental. With a total of six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas and an extensive garden with a pool, this finca offers plenty of space for privacy and relaxed togetherness.
The bedrooms are distributed across two separate wings, giving the house a pleasant generosity and structure. In the left wing, there are three bright bedrooms with south and east orientation, plenty of daylight, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and each with its own bathroom – two with bathtubs, one with a shower. This area is complemented by a cosy living room with a sofa and TV – ideal as a retreat.
The heart of the house is formed by the central living and dining area with a fireplace, high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need - including a pantry and a separate room that is ideal for a private chef or additional service offerings. A laundry room and a separate room with its own bathroom for staff round out the space offering.
The right wing houses two additional bedrooms with west orientation, floor-to-ceiling windows, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and each with a bathroom with a shower. The highlight is the Master Suite with direct access to the pool, its own living or work area, a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower, and a wide view into the greenery.
