In the main house you will find a spacious living room with panoramic views and a kitchen in Mallorcan style. The five bedrooms in the main house are distributed across two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, a children's room with bunk bed and another room with bunk bed directly next to the kitchen. All five bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom with shower. The renovated and modernly furnished bedrooms offer a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing holiday days.
An additional, sixth bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with shower is located in the separate annex. With its own living area and kitchen, it offers additional privacy – ideal for guests who want to retreat from time to time. Air conditioning and WiFi complete the comfort of the villa.
Directly adjoining the living room is the spacious main terrace with Mallorcan floor tiles. A large and a small seating area invite you to relax. In the separate outdoor dining area you can enjoy your breakfast or shared dinners with unobstructed sea views.
Via an external staircase you reach the private saltwater pool with sun loungers. A covered, open chill-out lounge offers another comfortable spot for relaxed hours. A barbecue and an outdoor oven complete the outdoor area – perfect for sociable evenings in your holiday home with private pool on Mallorca.
