On the ground floor there is a friendly bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), air conditioning, electric heating and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The open-plan living area is bright and generously designed, featuring air conditioning, additional heaters and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings. A modern smart TV invites you to relax with films. Directly adjoining is the kitchen with pantry and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer – perfect for longer stays. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with grinder are available. Particularly inviting is the winter garden with dining area, underfloor heating and ceiling fan, which provides the ideal meeting point for social gatherings all year round.
On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. Two of them are each equipped with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. One of these rooms also has direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), an en-suite bathroom with shower, a comfortable dressing room with plenty of storage space, and access to the balcony, which is shared with another bedroom. Additionally, there is a further bathroom with a bathtub on this floor, which is shared by the two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric radiators. Furthermore, the bathrooms and living area also have radiators, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
The outdoor area is entirely designed for Mediterranean outdoor living. The pool is available year-round and can be heated from the end of September if needed. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a large dining table for up to eight people, a cosy lounge area and four sun loungers make the garden the heart of the house. An awning, parasol and ceiling fans provide comfort, whilst atmospheric lighting and a charcoal grill enable perfect evenings under the open sky. Beach towels are also provided, so you can travel with even more relaxation. Thanks to the sunny south-facing orientation, guests here enjoy sunshine from morning to evening.
