It offers the perfect balance between independence and community — ideal for remote workers, creatives, and conscious individuals or couples seeking a peaceful and inspiring environment.
Located between Puigpunyent and Galilea, within the UNESCO-listed Sierra de la Tramuntana. 10 minutes away from the village of Puigpunyent, where you can find markets, restaurants and bars. And 20 minutes from Palma by car.
Public transport available directly at the foot of the road (10 minutes walk)
The studio has 40 m² fully furnished with:
• Extendable sofa that transforms into a double bed
• Open wardrobe
• Fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, cupboards and all essential utensils
• Dining table and 2 chairs
• Bathroom with shower
• Television
• Private terrace with parasol and outdoor table and 4 seats
• Access to 2 communal washing machines
• WiFi and ancillary costs included. Cleaning service for an additional charge.
• No air conditioning, but the stone finca naturally remains cool
• Suitable for individuals or couples
Embedded in a quiet natural landscape, Ewave Coliving offers far more than just accommodation. With a large garden, outdoor areas and a shared barbecue area, it invites moments of connection and reflection.
We also occasionally organise day retreats and community events focusing on wellness, movement and creativity — and offer the opportunity to participate or simply enjoy one's own space. Currently, one resident lives on the property, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy privacy while being part of a like-minded and respectful micro-community.

This studio is rented exclusively for seasonal, professional or non-tourist purposes, with a minimum stay of 32 nights.
- Deposit: £400
- Final cleaning fee: £150 (includes 1 interim cleaning during the stay)
- Water and electricity are included
- Tenant liability insurance is mandatory for the duration of the stay
- Insurance: An additional insurance covering damages up to £5,000 is required for all bookings. The cost is £125. Alternatively, an existing private liability insurance can be proven.
The tenancy agreement is subject to the provisions of municipal tenancy law. Registered in the official register of real estate agents of the Balearic Islands under the number GOIBE611840/2024.
