Nestled in the impressive landscape of the Tramuntana Mountains and surrounded by approximately 10,000 m² of natural grounds, the property combines tranquillity, privacy and Mediterranean lifestyle – just about 20 minutes from Palma.
The traditional finca offers generous living areas, plenty of space for families, friends or longer stays and creates an atmosphere where working, relaxing and enjoying can be ideally combined. The main house features a light-filled living area with an open floor plan. The cosy living room is equipped with air conditioning and flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table forms the centrepiece for shared meals and sociable evenings.
On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest toilet. On the lower floor there are two further spacious bedrooms with double beds and plenty of storage space. This area is complemented by a separate bathroom with a shower.
A particular highlight is the separate studio, approximately 40 m² in size, located on the property. It is ideal for guests who desire more privacy. The studio features a bed, its own fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a television, and a private terrace with seating area.
The outdoor area invites you to enjoy Mediterranean living to the fullest. Multiple terraces, shady retreats and spacious open areas offer numerous opportunities to relax. The private pool provides refreshment on warm days, whilst the covered summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ grill creates perfect conditions for shared barbecue evenings.
Another special feature of the finca is the private sunset spot on the property. From here you can enjoy an impressive view over the surrounding mountains and experience spectacular sunsets in the midst of nature.

Alternatively, guests can provide proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented accommodation. In this case, the additional damage insurance is not required.
