Welcome to S'Olivera, a carefully renovated house in the south of the island in 2022. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Ses Salines, a charming village with traditional architecture, small cafés, good restaurants and a weekly market, you will experience authentic Mallorca away from mass tourism. At the same time, some of the island's most beautiful beaches, including Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita, are just a few minutes away by car.
The house offers space for up to eight people and impresses with an open, light-flooded design and modern equipment that combines simple elegance with Mediterranean charm. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious vestibule with a small work area, ideal for those who want to combine island life with professional commitments. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and fan, a modern bathroom with shower, and a spacious living area with gas fireplace, smart TV and a modern, open kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator and all essential kitchen utensils, ideal for relaxed home cooking. Washing machine and dryer are also integrated, providing additional comfort during your stay.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned: All living and sleeping rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which ensures pleasant comfort throughout the year.
On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms - all with air conditioning, fan, and built-in wardrobes. Particularly noteworthy is the master bedroom with its own desk and private terrace overlooking the pool - an inspiring place for quiet morning hours or focused work. The other two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - are also located on this floor. All three bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower and luxurious golden details.
The outdoor area is a real eye-catcher: A spacious saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered terrace with a dining table, a pool and outdoor shower, as well as a cosy barbecue area under an old olive tree create the perfect backdrop for relaxed days outdoors.
An adjacent apartment can be rented optionally (currently under construction) - ideal for teenagers, guests, or as a separate retreat.

A deposit is required.
Insurance: An additional insurance covering damages up to €5,000 is required for all bookings. The cost is €125. Alternatively, an existing private liability insurance can be proven.
The property is exclusively rented for seasonal stays and is not offered for tourist purposes. The rental agreement is subject to the provisions of the Spanish Urban Leasing Law (LAU).
