The house features three bedrooms, three en suite bathrooms, an additional guest toilet, several private outdoor areas and a small private pool. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
Upon entering the house, you step directly into the cosy living area. Exposed natural stone walls and a fireplace give this room its special Mediterranean character. This is followed by the dining area with plenty of space for shared meals. The dining area flows directly into the modern, brand-new and open-plan kitchen. This offers plenty of work surface, numerous fitted cupboards and all the important features for an extended stay. Directly adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an additional toilet here.
From the kitchen area, you access the ground floor terrace. A dining table here provides a lovely spot for shared meals outdoors. From this outdoor area, stairs lead up to the upper terrace and pool level.
Via the internal staircase, you reach the upper floor with three air-conditioned bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and their own modern bathroom with shower. Two of the double beds consist of two separate mattresses each, whilst the third has a continuous mattress. This bedroom also has direct access to the upper outdoor and pool area. Here you will first find a small terrace with seating. From there you can proceed to the private pool terrace with a small pool, sun loungers and partially shaded areas. This sheltered outdoor space offers plenty of privacy and is ideal for sunbathing, cooling off and relaxing.
The house is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet and authentic place in the north of Mallorca. Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities are located in the town. The beaches of Can Picafort and Alcúdia Bay are approximately ten kilometres away. The location combines traditional Mallorcan village life with good accessibility to the coast and other places in the north of the island.
The property is particularly suitable for couples and families who wish to spend several weeks or months on Mallorca. The complete air conditioning, internet connection and the various indoor and outdoor areas also make the property an attractive option for remote workers as well as for longer business or temporary stays on Mallorca.
Rental Terms and Conditions
The property is offered exclusively as temporary seasonal rental for professional, business or temporary stays and is not available for tourist rentals. The temporary rental agreement is concluded directly with the owner.
Rental prices vary depending on season, length of stay and availability. We are happy to prepare an individual quote for you upon request.

A refundable deposit must be provided for the rental. The amount of the deposit depends on whether valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made after proper return of the property and after offsetting any additional costs incurred.
Insurance
Damage insurance with a cover amount of up to €5,000 is required for each booking. The cost is €125 per stay.
Alternatively, guests may provide proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented accommodation. In this case, the conclusion of additional damage insurance is not required.
