The holiday home features 12 stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, and is designed for up to 14 people. Additional guests are possible upon request. All rooms are high-quality equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, wardrobe, hairdryer, and smart TV with satellite connection and Netflix in hotel mode. Bed linen and towels are provided. Four bedrooms on the ground floor have a 140 cm wide double bed and an elegant bathroom with bathtub. Another four rooms in the basement are equipped with 160 cm wide double beds, shower, and additional daybed. The four bedrooms on the upper floor also offer 140 cm wide double beds, a private bathroom with shower, and private terraces with direct views of the Tramuntana mountain landscape. The double beds are not divisible, and additional beds are not available. For families, up to four baby beds and high chairs can be provided upon request.

The dining room with a large table for up to 14 people opens directly onto the terrace and creates a flowing connection between the interior and exterior. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and offers multiple refrigerators, ceramic hob, oven, two dishwashers, professional coffee machines, microwaves, and extensive kitchen and crockery inventory. Basic equipment for kitchen and bathroom is available; as this is a self-catering holiday home, consumed items can be replaced as needed during the stay.
For active recreation, guests have access to a fully equipped fitness studio (Arnold Classic Gym) as well as a separate massage room. The offering is complemented by a spacious lounge with a bar area, which is ideal for relaxed evenings in a convivial setting.
