Can Pessal is a traditional Mallorcan finca in the southeast of Mallorca, near Es Carritx, which has been renovated with great attention to detail and today combines authentic charm with modern comfort. The holiday home in Mallorca is located on a spacious plot of 14,000 m² and offers plenty of peace and privacy - ideal for families and friends who want to spend a relaxed finca holiday in Mallorca. The popular towns of Santanyí and Felanitx, as well as the most beautiful beaches in the region, including Cala Santanyí and Cala Mondragó, are just a few minutes away by car.
The finca offers space for up to eight people and is spread across two levels and a separate outbuilding. On the ground floor, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a large living room with panoramic windows, a wood-burning stove and air conditioning that ensures a pleasant room climate on warm days. Also on this level is a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 180 cm) as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the upper floor, there are three additional bedrooms: a double room (140 × 190 cm), a twin room with two single beds (90 × 190 cm), and a single room (90 × 190 cm). Some of these bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant living climate even at night. A stylish designer bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor.
The adjacent outbuilding complements the finca with an additional double room (160 × 200 cm) with its own en-suite bathroom – ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a bit more privacy during their Mallorca holiday. The entire living and sleeping area appears bright, friendly and inviting and is perfectly suited for a family holiday in Mallorca or a stay with friends.
The outdoor area of Can Pessal embodies the Mediterranean way of life: A private pool (7 × 4 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m, with stepped entry), spacious sun terraces, a BBQ area under pine trees and a well-maintained garden with citrus and fruit trees create an idyllic holiday atmosphere. A dedicated volleyball field provides additional variety. Directly next to the pool, there is also a separate outdoor toilet with washroom – particularly practical for relaxed pool days.
Equipment:
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests supplement required consumables during their stay themselves. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Tourist tax:
According to local regulations, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid. If booking platforms do not automatically calculate this, you will receive the information separately.
