To the left, an light-flooded, open living and dining area opens up with a cozy sofa corner, large dining table, and a modern kitchen with a cooking island – perfectly equipped for culinary evenings. From here, you can directly access the covered terrace with a large table and ceiling fan – the perfect spot for breakfast with a view of the greenery or mild dinner evenings under the open sky.
The house offers a total of six spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom – three on the ground floor, three on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a separate external access and can be used as an additional guest bathroom if needed – ideal for families with small children or guests who desire a bit more privacy.
