Description
Can Pessal is a traditional Mallorcan holiday home near Es Carritx, which has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers space for up to 8 people. Spread over 220 m² of living space on two floors and a 14,000 m² plot, the finca combines the charm of the original with modern comfort - perfect for families and friends who want to experience Mallorca authentically.
On the ground floor, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a large living room with panoramic windows and a wood-burning stove. There is also a twin room with 2 single beds (90 × 180 cm) and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Via the stairs, you reach the upper floor with three more bedrooms: a double room (140 × 190 cm), a modern twin room with 2 single beds (90 × 190 cm) and a single room (90 × 190 cm). Here you will also find the stylish designer bathroom with shower and WC.
The adjacent outbuilding offers an additional double room (160 × 200 cm) with its own en suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and WC, as well as a view of the pool – ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a bit more privacy.
The outdoor area reflects the Mediterranean way of life: a private pool (7 × 4 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m, with stepped entry), spacious sun terraces, a BBQ area under pine trees and a lovingly landscaped garden with citrus and fruit trees. A volleyball field even provides variety. Next to the pool, there is also a separate outdoor toilet with a washroom, particularly practical for relaxed pool days.
Thanks to the quiet location, relaxation is guaranteed, while the charming towns of Felanitx and Santanyí with their traditional weekly markets, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes away by car. The popular beaches of the southeast coast, including Cala Santanyí and Cala Mondragó, are also just a short drive away.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
