On the ground floor, there is a friendly bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), air conditioning, electric radiator, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The open living area is bright and spacious, featuring air conditioning, additional radiators, and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings. A modern smart TV invites relaxed movie nights. Directly adjacent is the kitchen with a pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with a grinder are available. Particularly inviting is the conservatory with a dining area, underfloor heating, and a ceiling fan, which forms the ideal meeting point for sociable gatherings in any season.

On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. Two of them are each equipped with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. One of these rooms also has direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), its own bathroom with a shower, a comfortable walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and access to a balcony shared with another bedroom. Additionally, on this floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub available, which is shared by the two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric radiators. Moreover, the bathrooms and living area also have radiators, ensuring a pleasant living climate throughout the year.

The outdoor area is entirely geared towards Mediterranean outdoor living. The pool is available all year round and can be heated if needed from the end of September. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a large dining table for up to eight people, a cosy lounge corner and four sun loungers make the garden the heart of the house. Awning, parasol and ceiling fans ensure comfort, while atmospheric lighting and a charcoal grill enable perfect evenings under the open sky. Beach towels are also available, so you can travel even more relaxed. Thanks to the sunny south-facing orientation, guests enjoy pure sunshine here from morning to evening.

The holiday resort of Cala Murada itself is characterised by its fine sandy, gently sloping beach, which is particularly family-friendly. Small restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities are also located nearby, as are the picturesque bays in the surrounding area, including Cala Domingos or Cala Antena. For excursions, the charming harbour towns of Portocolom and Porto Cristo are recommended, which inspire with Mediterranean flair, promenades and diverse restaurants. Thus, this holiday home combines tranquillity and relaxation with an ideal location for varied holiday days.
