The open living area is bright and spacious, featuring air conditioning, additional radiators, and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings. A modern smart TV invites relaxed movie nights. Directly adjacent is the kitchen with a pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with a grinder are available. Particularly inviting is the conservatory with a dining area, underfloor heating, and a ceiling fan, which forms the ideal meeting point for sociable gatherings in any season.
