If you would like to experience Mallorca for a few weeks at your own pace, Can Lluis in Cala Murada offers a comfortable home for an extended stay. The house is available for stays of 21 nights or more and combines private outdoor areas with a relaxed living atmosphere and plenty of space for up to four people.
Spread across approximately 120 m² of living space are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable living areas. The house is suitable for both couples and families who value privacy and their own outdoor area.
The living room offers a pleasant retreat for everyday life. A television with satellite reception complements the facilities. Air conditioning and central heating ensure a pleasant room climate during different seasons. WiFi is also available.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features, amongst other things, a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also available, making the house particularly practical for longer stays.
Can Lluis has two bedrooms. One is equipped with a queen-size bed, the second with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower, so the house can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
In the outdoor area there is a private, fenced garden with terrace and garden furniture. The centrepiece is the 9 x 3 metre private pool with a maximum depth of approximately 1.5 metres. You can enjoy sunny hours here as well as quiet afternoons in the garden. An outdoor shower and a barbecue complete the outdoor area and provide ideal conditions for relaxed days and shared evenings outdoors.
Cala Murada is located on the south-east coast of Mallorca and belongs to the municipality of Manacor. The protected bathing cove of the place invites you to spend relaxing hours by the sea. For excursions, Portocolom, Felanitx and other places in the south-east of the island are among the options.

Alternatively, guests can provide proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented accommodation. In this case, the conclusion of additional damage insurance is not required.

The rental is made for an agreed period directly with the owner. The minimum stay is 21 nights. Can Lluis has a tourist rental licence and can therefore also be rented for private stays and longer holidays. The house is designed for a maximum of four persons. Pets are not permitted and smoking indoors is not allowed.
