This lovingly designed house is located in the central area of Cala Figuera and offers the ideal starting point for a relaxed Mallorca stay. The picturesque harbour is reachable in just about five minutes on foot and invites you to linger with its restaurants, cafés and special atmosphere. Numerous restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, so the lively village life can be easily explored on foot. Some of the island's most beautiful beaches are also nearby. The well-known bay of Cala Santanyí is reachable in just about 5 minutes by car and impresses with turquoise-blue water and fine sandy beach. The charming village of Santanyí with its popular weekly market, small boutiques and cafés is also just a few minutes away and invites you to browse and linger. Other bays and places in the south-east of Mallorca can also be explored quickly and easily.
With a living area of approximately 171 m², the house offers sufficient space for up to 7 people and impresses with a well-thought-out room layout as well as bright, friendly living areas. There are three bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bedroom offers two single beds, whilst the third bedroom with three single beds is ideal for families or groups. Additionally, there is a further bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living and dining area is flooded with light and creates a pleasant, open atmosphere. From here, you can access the terrace directly, which is equipped with a cosy lounge area and an outdoor dining table. A barbecue is also available and makes shared evenings under the open sky particularly attractive. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and comfort for self-catering and also features a small dining area for shared meals.
In the outdoor area there is a small garden and a compact pool (approx. 2 x 3 m), which is ideal for cooling off briefly on warm days and enjoying relaxed hours in the open air. A cosy seating area invites you to read or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
The house does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with fans that provide a pleasant room climate even during the summer months.
