The holiday home Casa Ferrera is currently being renovated and will be open to guests again from 1 May. Various areas of the house are currently being modernised to further improve comfort for future guests. New photos will follow shortly.
Experience relaxing holiday days in the holiday home Casa Ferrera, ideally located on the picturesque Cala Ferrera in Cala d'Or in the southeast of Mallorca. Cala Ferrera is just a few minutes' walk away and offers wonderful swimming and snorkelling opportunities with crystal-clear water. Discover the vibrant surroundings of Cala d'Or with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The famous yacht harbour and various beaches are also quickly accessible. For active holidaymakers, there are numerous hiking and cycling paths as well as diverse water sports offerings in the surrounding area.
Casa Ferrera extends over two floors and offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a large, open living and dining area, which is ideal for shared evenings. The separate kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and provides everything you need to prepare your meals.
The house has four simple but comfortable bedrooms with double beds, three of which are located on the ground floor. These three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to start the day with a view of the garden and the pool. One of the ground floor bedrooms is en suite and offers additional comfort. Another bathroom is also located on this floor.
On the upper floor, there is a small living room as well as the fourth bedroom with its own balcony – a lovely spot to begin the day with breakfast in the morning sun.
The outdoor area of Casa Ferrera invites you to relax. A well-maintained garden surrounds the private pool, which provides pleasant cooling on warm days. The terrace is equipped with seating and is ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with family and friends. Sun loungers are available so that you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a separate apartment in the basement of the house which is occupied by permanent tenants. The entrance and garden gate are shared. As the tenants are mostly working during the day, it may occasionally happen that you encounter them when leaving or entering the property.
Equipment
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. As it is a self-catering accommodation, guests supplement required consumables during their stay themselves. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Tourist tax
According to local regulations, the tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid. If this is not automatically calculated by the respective booking platform, you will receive the corresponding payment information separately.
Deposit
