The spacious holiday home in Cala d'Or is within walking distance of three stunning sandy beaches and offers everything that makes an unforgettable Mallorca holiday: a private pool, five terraces with sea views, a high-quality equipped kitchen and relaxed beach house atmosphere for up to 8 people.
The Beach House Cala Ferrera is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Mallorca, just a few minutes' walk from three beaches: Playa Cala Ferrera, Playa Esmeralda and Playa de Cala Serena. Crystal-clear turquoise water, ideal conditions for snorkelling and various water sports are literally on your doorstep. The well-known yacht harbour of Cala d'Or, a lively pedestrian zone with restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a children's fun park are within a few minutes' walk. Hiking and cycling trails through the unspoilt landscape of the south-east complete the offer for active holidaymakers.
On the ground floor, a light-flooded, open living and dining area welcomes you, forming the heart of the house. Everyone comes together here: for shared breakfasts, long dinners or simply to relax after a day at the beach. The completely newly equipped kitchen adjoins seamlessly and impresses with Siemens appliances: induction hob with Home Connect extractor hood, oven with steam function and recipe selection, dishwasher, wine climate cabinet, fridge with freezer compartment as well as an additional XXL stainless steel fridge for larger groups. For a relaxed holiday morning, there is also a Nescafé capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and microwave available. A washing machine is also provided.
Four bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with separate shower and XL bathtub offer plenty of space and comfort for the whole group. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with direct access to the terrace and garden, one of them en suite with its own bathroom, ideal for parents or guests who desire more privacy. On the upper floor, a cosy second living room awaits, which can be used as a retreat, reading corner or film night lounge and, if needed, transforms into a comfortable room for two additional people with the pull-out sofa bed. The fourth bedroom is the special highlight of the house: its own balcony with sea views, which becomes the most beautiful spot in the entire house in the morning with coffee and in the evening with the sunset. Air conditioning with hot and cold functions ensures pleasant temperatures in all bedrooms and living areas throughout the year; free WiFi and TV are available in all living areas as well as in one ground floor bedroom. For families with small children, two high chairs, children's board games and a children's bed are available upon request.
Several terraces around the house invite you to relax and enjoy, one of them on the upper floor with impressive sea views, equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture, sofas and a hammock. In the well-maintained garden is the private pool, which invites you to cool off on hot Mallorca days. Sun loungers around the pool, an electric grill for sociable evenings and a SUP board for free use complete the outdoor experience.

The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils to ensure a pleasant stay. As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests are asked to replace any consumables used during their stay as needed. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Tourist tax:
According to local regulations, all guests must pay the Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa). Some booking platforms do not automatically calculate this fee in the booking price. In this case, you will receive the corresponding information separately before your arrival.
