Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by the generous ground floor with approximately 145 m² of living space, which forms the centre of daily life. Exposed wooden beams lend the rooms a warm, authentic atmosphere, whilst a cosy sofa landscape and a modern fireplace provide for relaxed evenings. In the dining area, ceiling fans ensure pleasant air circulation even during the summer months.
Directly adjoining is the new, fully equipped kitchen with stylish cooking island and bar stools. The large, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors allow plenty of daylight into the house and create a seamless transition to the private outdoor area. In the outdoor area, you will find a lovingly designed garden oasis with terrace, shade-providing fruit tree and a private swimming pool with 28 m² of water surface. The perfect place to relax after a productive working day and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The well-thought-out room layout on the ground floor also includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and ceiling fan. Two modernly renovated bathrooms with walk-in shower and illuminated mirror provide additional comfort. Rental Terms
Tenants enter into a fixed-term rental agreement directly with the owner. The minimum rental period is 32 nights.
The property is rented exclusively as seasonal rental for professional, business or temporary stays and is not available for tourist rentals. The rental agreement is governed by the applicable provisions of Spanish rental law.
Please note that this is a temporary seasonal rental. Rental prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and availability. We would be happy to prepare a customised quote for your desired period upon request.

Any additional costs that may arise, for example for increased electricity consumption or required special cleaning, will be charged against the deposit at the end of the stay. These costs do not replace or reduce the mandatory final cleaning fee.
Deposit
A refundable deposit must be paid for the rental. The amount of the deposit depends on whether valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made after the property has been returned in proper condition and after any additional costs incurred have been deducted.
Insurance
For every booking, damage insurance with a coverage amount of up to €5,000 is required. The cost is €125 per stay.
Alternatively, guests can provide proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented accommodation. In this case, the conclusion of additional damage insurance is waived.
