The Finca Es Molinet Nou is situated idyllically on a plot of over 21,000 m² with old olive trees – a place to relax and take a deep breath. At the same time, it is only 1 km to the charming village of Son Carrió, where small restaurants, a bakery, a café and a supermarket are about ten minutes' walk away. Several of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Bona, are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Golfers will find several renowned courses in the area. Right outside the door, the Via Verde also starts, a car-free cycle and hiking path that winds about 30 km through Mallorcan nature to Artà – ideal for active holiday days.

The finca offers around 290 m² of living space, complemented by 70 m² of covered terraces and a small roof terrace with a magnificent view. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it provides space for up to ten people and is thus ideal for families, friendly couples, or small groups.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner, large dining table and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen with practical pantry invites you to cook together. The ground floor also features three bedrooms with double beds, which can be arranged as single beds or separated if desired. One of the rooms has its own bathroom with a shower, while the other two share another bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms: a room with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower, as well as the spacious master bedroom. This offers an additional living and lounge area, direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor is complemented by a small fitness area, which also offers direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant sleeping comfort even during the height of summer.
Outdoor Area:
The outdoor area is entirely geared towards relaxed holiday moments. A covered terrace with a large dining table and lounge corner offers space for shared meals and mild summer evenings. Around the private saltwater pool, a generous sun terrace invites you to relax, while an outdoor shower provides refreshment. A separate outdoor bathroom with a shower offers additional comfort. For sociable evenings, a modern gas grill is also available, and a table tennis table ensures variety and entertainment.
