Note: Finca Es Molinet Nou is in the final phase of renovation. First impressions are already available, new photos will follow from 25 August. Bookings will be possible from 1 September.

The Finca Es Molinet Nou is situated idyllically on a plot of over 000 m² with old olive trees – a place to relax and take a deep breath. At the same time, it is only 1 km to the charming village of Son Carrió, where small restaurants, a bakery, a café and a supermarket are about a ten-walk away.

Several of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Bona, are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Golfers will find several renowned courses in the surrounding area. Right outside the door, the Via Verde also starts, a car-free cycle and hiking path that winds about 30 km through Mallorcan nature to Artà - ideal for active holiday days.
House & Equipment
The finca offers around 290 m² of living space, complemented by 70 m² of covered terraces and a small roof terrace with a panoramic view. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms make the house ideal for families, friendly couples, or small groups.
On the ground floor, there is a light-flooded living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find an additional lounge area with a balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a bathtub, another bedroom with a separate bathroom, and a small fitness area. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The outdoor area is geared towards summery holiday moments: A private saltwater pool with a sun terrace, outdoor shower and cosy lounge and dining areas invite you to relax. A gas barbecue is ready for barbecue evenings, and there is also an outdoor bath with a shower.
