The open kitchen with an adjacent dining area invites shared cooking and lingering. Four bedrooms – three with double beds and one with three single beds – provide sufficient space for up to seven people. Three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, ensure additional comfort and privacy.
The house is located on a spacious finca estate that offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Whether for a break from everyday life or for working remotely, this house is the ideal place to enjoy the advantages of a comfortable and private home.
This object is only rented as a seasonal rental for professional or occupational purposes (not for tourist purposes) and for a minimum stay of 32 nights. This rental agreement is subject to the provisions of the municipal tenancy law.

Electricity: 8 € per night
Final cleaning: 250 €
A deposit is required.
Insurance: An additional insurance covering damages up to 5,000 € is required for all bookings. The cost is 125 €. Alternatively, an existing private liability insurance can be proven.

Please note: The house is equipped with an alarm and camera system, which remains deactivated during your stay. It is used exclusively when the finca is unoccupied for several days.

What is located in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
