Description
The Finca Casa Antigua is a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse situated in idyllic nature, located at the foot of the Hamburg Hill, approximately 2 km outside of Santanyí towards Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. The charming town of Santanyí is just a few minutes away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques. Twice weekly, a local market with regional products takes place in the town centre, where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, and handcrafted souvenirs.
The finca is sheltered but not isolated, about 5 car minutes from Santanyí. The surrounding, less-travelled roads are excellent for walks, and a roughly 3 km hike leads to the Consolación Monastery in Alquería Blanca.
Casa Antigua has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The cosy living area leads to the kitchen, from which another dining room is accessible. The lovingly planted outdoor area gives the property special charm: climbing vines provide pleasant shade, and the private pool ensures a welcome refreshment. The sun terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquillity, while a private barbecue area with dining space invites you to sociable evenings under the open sky.
For larger groups, it is possible to additionally book the neighbouring Finca Sa Madonbeta. Both fincas are only about a minute's walk apart but are arranged so that they cannot see each other.
Important notes:
The use of air conditioning is optional and costs €15 per day. This amount will be settled directly with the owner on-site.
For stays between 1 November and 30 April, an oil central heating system is available, the use of which is charged at €20 per day.
A small dog is permitted for an additional fee of €80 per stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und es wäre auch "gut" für vier Personen bewohnbar gewesen. Die Betten im zweiten Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern kleiner aus, als sie sind. Ansonsten ist nichts geschönt, es ist in Wirklichkeit genauso romantisch wie es auch die Bilder abzeichnen. Es sind unglaublich viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden und uns wurde die Finka 1 a präsentiert und wir haben großartige 10 Tage verleben dürfen. Erwähneswert wäre die Agentur Travila! Jasmina hat uns als "Deutsche", lebend auf Mallorca, Tipps vorbereitet uns jeden Wunsch machbar gestaltet und sofort auf jede Frage eine zeitnahe Antwort über Whats-App präsentiert. Super. Immer wieder. Am liebsten sofort.

The Finca Can Blai Blai is nestled between wide almond groves, just about 2.5 km from the popular town of Santanyí, offering the perfect combination of absolute tranquillity and authentic country life on Mallorca. The fully renovated and artistically designed holiday home was renovated to a high standard in 2015 and is ideally suited for up to 4 people looking for an aesthetically furnished finca on Mallorca in a natural environment.
The spacious living and dining area with plenty of daylight creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and is directly connected to the very well-equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom offer sufficient space for couples, friends or small families.
Particularly pleasant is the living climate thanks to a modern pellet stove, which heats the entire house including the underfloor heating and ensures cosy hours even on cooler days. There is no air conditioning, however, fans are available that provide pleasant air circulation on warm days. The lovingly designed outdoor area is an oasis of tranquillity: The chlorine-free pool (2.5 × 7.5 m) with outdoor shower offers refreshing cooling, while several covered terraces – some rain-proof, some with natural reed roof – create ideal places to relax at any time of day. From the roof terrace, a wide view opens up over the Mallorcan landscape to Santanyí – and even the sea can be seen in the distance.
The spacious property invites you to discover tranquil spots in the garden and enjoy peace far from tourist centres. A television with German and Spanish channels as well as a washing machine are also available. Families are catered for: a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The finca offers basic initial equipment that makes starting the holiday easier. This includes bed linen, towels, and some essential items for kitchen and bathroom. If something is used up during the stay, it will be replenished as needed by the guests as part of self-catering.
Please note that a cat lives in the house who likes to seek contact with guests. For allergy sufferers, the finca may therefore possibly not be suitable. At the owners' request, no express changes are made on the same day to ensure that the house is always perfectly prepared and you can enjoy a relaxed start to your holiday.
