The Finca Terra Vella is an impressive historical estate in the south of Mallorca. Originally dating from the 15th century, the country estate has been completely renovated and today combines traditional Mallorcan character with modern comfort. The property is situated on a plot of around 30 hectares with Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, orchards and extensive natural areas.

A private access road, lined with more than 200 cypress trees, leads to the impressive main house. Natural stone walls, wooden beam ceilings and high-quality materials give the finca its authentic character and at the same time create a warm and stylish atmosphere.

The property offers up to 11 elegant suites, each with its own bathroom with a spacious shower. The bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, smart TV, safe, and individually adjustable air conditioning. Several suites also feature private furnished terraces or dressing areas. In total, the property can accommodate up to 24 guests.
Inside, you will find spacious living areas with a stylish salon, an elegant dining room for up to 22 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and generous work surfaces. Rental Terms
The tenants conclude a fixed-term rental agreement with the owner. Minimum stay: 32 nights. This property is rented exclusively as a seasonal rental for professional or business purposes (not for tourist purposes) and with a minimum rental period of 32 nights. The rental agreement is subject to the provisions of municipal tenancy law.

Any additional costs that may arise, such as electricity adjustments or additional cleaning (if required), may be deducted from the deposited deposit. These charges do not replace or reduce the mandatory final cleaning fee.

Deposit
A refundable deposit is required. The amount depends on whether a valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made after proper return of the accommodation and after offsetting any additional costs that may have been incurred.

Insurance
For each booking, damage insurance with a coverage amount of up to €5,000 is required. The costs are €125 per stay. Alternatively, guests can provide proof of an existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented objects.
