This charming wooden cabin is offered exclusively for monthly rental and is suitable for stays from 32 days with the possibility of staying several months or up to a year.
Embedded in a peaceful landscape near the south coast of Mallorca, the accommodation offers a protected retreat with plenty of privacy. The quiet location is aimed at professionals working from home, self-employed individuals, or people in a personal transition phase who value structure, nature, and a relaxed environment. Here, everyday life and work can be consciously combined with deceleration and recreation. The wooden hut is located near one of the island's most famous natural beaches – Es Trenc, renowned for its untouched landscape, fine sand, and crystal-clear water. Despite the secluded atmosphere, surrounding towns, shopping opportunities, and basic services are easily accessible.
Inside, the accommodation has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The equipment is functional, reduced and designed for longer stays. Natural materials and a simple design create a pleasant living atmosphere for everyday life. The living area offers sufficient space for working and relaxing and is ideally suited for a structured daily routine. The outdoor area with terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and offers a quiet place for outdoor breaks, meals or relaxed hours in nature. The surroundings invite you to find your own rhythm and experience Mallorca away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Please note that the house is located in a rural environment. Accordingly, due to the natural setting, animals such as chickens, birds, or cats may occasionally be encountered in the vicinity.
The property will not be rented for tourism purposes. A fixed-term tenancy agreement will be concluded in accordance with the Urban Leases Act (LAU). The use is exclusively intended for professional or personal, non-tourist purposes.

Internet and water are included in the rent.
Additional Costs:
Electricity consumption will be charged at 5 € per night.
The final cleaning costs 150 €.
Any additional costs incurred, for example due to increased electricity consumption or additional cleaning services (if required), may be deducted from the deposit. These costs do not replace or reduce the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee.
Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on whether a valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made after proper return of the accommodation and after offsetting any additional costs incurred.
Insurance:
For each rental, damage insurance with a coverage amount of up to €5,000 is mandatory. The costs are €125 per stay. Alternatively, appropriate proof of an existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented objects can be provided.
