This charming wooden hut is offered exclusively for monthly rental and is suitable for stays from 32 days onwards with the possibility of staying for several months or up to a year.
Nestled in a quiet, unspoilt landscape near the south coast of Mallorca, the accommodation sits in the midst of nature and offers plenty of privacy away from the hustle and bustle. The surroundings are pristine and deliberately kept simple – ideal for people who appreciate a connection to nature and wish to embrace a quieter, more minimalist lifestyle.
The location is particularly suited to remote workers, self-employed individuals or people going through a personal transition who value peace, nature and a slower-paced environment. The wooden hut is located near one of the island's most renowned natural beaches – Es Trenc, famous for its unspoilt landscape, fine sand and crystal-clear water. Despite the secluded atmosphere, surrounding villages, shopping facilities and basic services are easily accessible.
Inside, the accommodation features two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings are functional, minimalist and designed for longer stays. Natural materials and simple design create a pleasant living atmosphere for everyday life. The living area offers plenty of space for working and relaxing and is ideal for a structured daily routine. Important to know: The house is located in a very natural environment. Insects, animals and natural sounds are part of the surroundings and cannot be completely avoided. In accordance with the natural location, animals such as chickens, birds or cats may occasionally be encountered in the area. This accommodation is therefore not suitable for guests with high demands for luxury or hotel-like comfort, but for people who are looking for and appreciate this closeness to nature.
The property is not rented out for tourism purposes. A fixed-term lease agreement will be concluded in accordance with the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU). The use is intended exclusively for professional or personal, non-tourist purposes.

Additional costs:
Electricity consumption is charged at €5 per night.
Final cleaning is €150.
Any additional costs that may arise, for example due to increased electricity consumption or additional cleaning services (if required), may be deducted from the deposit. These costs do not replace or reduce the mandatory final cleaning fee.
Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required. The amount of the deposit depends on whether valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made following proper return of the accommodation and after deduction of any additional costs incurred.
Insurance:
For each rental, damage insurance with a cover amount of up to €5,000 is mandatory. The cost is €125 per stay. Alternatively, proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rental properties may be provided.
