If you have the opportunity to work from home, then now is the chance to settle in Mallorca for several months. This house is available for monthly rental, with a minimum rental period of 32 days and a maximum rental period of up to one year.

The 188 m² house spans two storeys and combines modern living comfort with Mediterranean flair. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, which is equipped with a stylish white sofa, a decorative fountain and air conditioning. Adjacent to this is a versatile music or study room, which is additionally equipped with a double bed and can thus be used as a fourth bedroom. This room not only provides space for creative or professional activities, but also extends sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people.

Further through the ground floor, the path leads into the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and dining area, which adjoins the private patio directly. A bathroom with bathtub completes the living area on this floor.

On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a separate dressing room and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a further modern bathroom with shower available. An attached annex with its own kitchen as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower provides additional living space and is ideal as a separate work or guest area.

The 45 m² patio extends the house with a sheltered outdoor area that is ideal for working, relaxing or dining outdoors. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and is equipped with two sun loungers – a perfect place to enjoy the peace and spaciousness of the area.

The entire design of the house combines functionality with stylish comfort and creates a harmonious atmosphere for an extended stay. Thanks to the thoughtfully planned room layout, the house offers both private retreat spaces and open, inviting areas that can be flexibly adapted to different needs. Additionally, fast internet with speeds of up to 1,000 Mbit is available – ideal for work, streaming or digital communication.

Rental Terms
Tenants enter into a fixed-term rental agreement directly with the owner. The minimum rental period is 32 nights.
The property is rented exclusively as seasonal rental for professional, business or temporary stays and is not available for tourist rentals. The rental agreement is governed by the applicable provisions of Spanish rental law.

Please note that this is a temporary seasonal rental. Rental prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and availability. We would be happy to prepare a customised quote for your desired period upon request.

Additional costs
* Final cleaning: €300
* Electricity: €6 per night

Any additional costs that may arise, for example for increased electricity consumption or required special cleaning, will be charged against the deposit at the end of the stay. These costs do not replace or reduce the mandatory final cleaning fee.

Deposit
A refundable deposit must be paid for the rental. The amount of the deposit depends on whether valid insurance is in place. The refund will be made after the property has been returned in proper condition and after any additional costs incurred have been deducted.

Insurance
For every booking, damage insurance with a coverage amount of up to €5,000 is required. The cost is €125 per stay.

Alternatively, guests can provide proof of existing private liability insurance that covers damage to rented accommodation. In this case, the conclusion of additional damage insurance is waived.
