A standout feature of this holiday home is its generous outdoor space. The 16 m² balcony, furnished with a dining area and a cosy lounge corner, is ideal for relaxed mornings with sea views. The private 65 m² rooftop terrace offers even more space to unwind, featuring a built-in dining area, two sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower – the perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean scenery and the shimmering sea in the distance.
The complex also includes a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing an easy alternative to the nearby beach. The generous terrace is the highlight of the Sa Tronita Beach House. A dining table with chairs invites you to outdoor meals, while comfortable loungers beckon you to relax under the warm Mallorcan sun. A convenient outdoor shower is available for a pleasant refreshment after a day at the beach or an island excursion.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.

As some booking channels do not collect these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in such cases.
