The open living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen forms the heart of the holiday home. Large windows create an inviting atmosphere and fill the space with daylight. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a modern shower bathroom provide privacy and convenience. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay even during the warmer months.
A true highlight of this sea view holiday home are the generous outdoor spaces. The 16 m² balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast or evening moments in the Mediterranean breeze. The private 65 m² roof terrace offers even more room to relax, featuring sun loungers, a dining area, parasol and an outdoor shower. From here, guests enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and the glittering sea – a perfect setting for a relaxed Mallorca holiday.

The generous terrace is the highlight of the Sa Tronita Beach House. A dining table with chairs invites you to outdoor meals, while comfortable loungers beckon you to relax under the warm Mallorcan sun. A convenient outdoor shower is available for a pleasant refreshment after a day at the beach or an island excursion.
What is in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. Toilets have hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.
