Next to the house is a small path that leads directly to the water. As the port in Cala Figuera is very clean, even in midsummer the water remains crystal clear so that you can get an enjoyable bath here.
You can walk down the path along the port to reach the restaurant mile on the other side of the harbour.

The apartment on the first floor first is equipped with: (up to 6 people)

What is in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright, long hallway that elegantly connects the rooms. On the left side is the main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. The open living and dining area impresses with its modern design and cosy atmosphere: a high-quality kitchen with dining area, an inviting living room and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and offer a view of the harbour. From here, you can also directly access the terrace. To the right of the hallway are another bedroom with a double bed and a room that can be used flexibly – as an office or additional bedroom, as it is equipped with a bunk bed (90 × 190) and thus offers two additional sleeping spaces. A modern bathroom with a shower is also located on this side of the hallway. Directly next to it is a practical loggia with a washing machine and dryer, which further increases the living comfort.

The spacious terrace is the heart of the apartment: equipped with a stylish dining area, a cosy lounge and comfortable sun loungers. Here you can spend relaxed hours, enjoy the sunset over the harbour or simply let your gaze wander over the fishing boats.

The apartment offers space for up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.
