Description
Beach House Colibrí is a 4-minute walk from the famous Cala Llombards beach, around 60 km from Palma de Mallorca Airport in the south-east of Mallorca. You can find a small supermarket for basic needs and a restaurant in town for coffee and tapas. There is another popular restaurant right on the beach. We recommend renting a car to reach the neighboring villages, where there are large supermarkets, restaurants, fashion shops and more entertainment.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area with neighbors on a mountain slope from where you can enjoy unobstructed views across. The house's east orientation lets in the morning light and illuminates the interior of the house and the outdoor patio. Due to the location, the outdoor areas are reduced. There is a chill-out area in the garden. The rest of the property is on a slope and is difficult to access. Next to the house, a path leads directly to the beach, which you can walk to in about 3-4 minutes.
Beach House Colibri has a very light and open plan living room overlooking the canyon. In this same room is the kitchen with dining room and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and gas stove, fridge and all kitchen utensils needed for a longer stay. There are 3 bedrooms in total, two of them with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. It also has a renovated bathroom with a shower. Up to 4 people can be accommodated. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a longer stay in Mallorca and wanting to enjoy nature, hiking and being close to the beach.
The house is also highly recommended for the colder seasons. There is a fireplace in the living room that heats the house during the colder months of the year and creates a cozy and warm atmosphere in the house. It is a completely autonomous house due to its solar panels. All appliances are solar powered.
For digital nomads there is an internet connection, thus enabling home office during your stay. The connection is via satellite and is sufficient for working. It is not recommended to use this connection for downloads from the Internet. There is a TV in the living room to connect to Netflix and other channels.
Colibiri Beach House is a cozy house, equipped with modern furniture and unique with its spectacular location. It is rented monthly, with a minimum stay of one month and a maximum of 12 months. In the months of July and August the rent increases and in these months the minimum stay is 2 months.
The cost of electricity and water is included in the rent, except if the tenant wants to connect electric radiators in winter.
The tenant is responsible for a partial cleaning every 14 days. You will be charged by the hour and current daily rate.
November, December, January, February, March, April: €1,665
May, June, September, October: €2,235 per month includes €100 of expenses
July, August: €3,105 per month includes €100 of expenses.
