It started with people<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When people think about a holiday in Mallorca, they usually picture the result: a beautiful villa, sunny mornings, hidden coves and long evenings outdoors. What they rarely think about is everything that must happen before that first moment even begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, that’s where hospitality really begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long before a guest receives their check-in instructions, conversations have already taken place with the homeowner. The property has been visited, improvements have been discussed, maintenance has been scheduled and dozens of small decisions have been made; all with one goal: making the guest’s stay feel effortless from the very beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of that work goes unnoticed. And, to us, that’s a sign we’re doing things right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travila has come a long way since its beginnings. What started as a small family business was gradually developed by Jasmina Moyses into the company it is today. The portfolio has grown, the team has expanded and the way we work has evolved enormously, but the principle behind Travila has remained remarkably simple: build long-term relationships based on trust, honesty and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every season teaches us something new. We continue refining our processes, learning from experience and looking for ways to improve, not because we think hospitality can ever be perfect, but because we believe it should never stop evolving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hospitality isn’t just about a beautiful villa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Of course, a beautiful villa matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But in our experience, what guests remember most isn’t only the property itself. It’s how they felt while they were there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did everything feel easy? Did they know where to find information when they needed it? Did they feel supported if something unexpected happened? Were they able to spend their time enjoying Mallorca instead of worrying about practical details?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those questions guide almost every decision we make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because we don’t see property management as simply handing over keys. We see it as removing as many obstacles as possible so guests can focus on what they came here to do, whether that’s celebrating a family holiday, spending a few months working remotely or simply slowing down and enjoying island life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same philosophy applies to our homeowners. Looking after a property is about much more than managing bookings. It’s about building lasting relationships, offering honest advice, protecting the value of each home and making sure every guest experience reflects the standards we all strive for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe technology should support people, not replace them<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Technology has become an important part of hospitality, but we don’t embrace it simply because it’s new. Every tool we introduce has to answer one simple question: does it genuinely make the experience better for our guests, our homeowners or our team?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last few years, we’ve introduced digital Guest Apps, AI-assisted communication and new internal systems that help us organise information more effectively. These tools continue to evolve, just as we do, and our goal isn’t to replace personal service but to make it even better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the truth is that no app can replace the reassurance of speaking to someone who genuinely wants to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, people simply want to talk to another person. Homeowners still ask for advice. Unexpected situations still happen. And that’s exactly as it should be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We see technology as a way of creating more time for personal service, not less. If it helps us answer routine questions more quickly, organise information more clearly and spend more time supporting people when they really need us, then it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mallorca deserves to be experienced, not just visited<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One thing we’ve noticed over the years is that Mallorca changes when people stay a little longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first few days are usually spent exploring beaches, villages and restaurants. Then, almost without noticing, something begins to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests recognise familiar faces at the local bakery. They discover a favourite caf\u00e9. They stop checking Google Maps every time they leave the house. Slowly, they settle into the rhythm of everyday life on the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s one of the reasons we’ve become increasingly passionate about longer stays alongside our holiday rentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe Mallorca has so much more to offer than a one-week holiday. Whether someone stays for a month, an entire season or longer, there’s something special about experiencing the island as part of daily life rather than simply passing through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helping people discover that side of Mallorca is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When Jasmina took over the business, the goal wasn’t simply to manage more properties. It was to build a company that homeowners could trust and that guests would remember for the right reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Travila is very different from those early days. The team has grown, the technology continues to evolve, and every season brings new opportunities to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Success, for us, isn’t measured only in occupancy rates or five-star reviews. It’s the guest who leaves Mallorca already thinking about coming back. It’s the homeowner who knows their property is in good hands. It’s the relationships we continue building, year after year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because, for us, hospitality has never started at check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
